Shipping

ACPHARM private label skincare charge a flat rate of $20 for Australia wide shipping for orders up to 100 units in total. We currently have access to 3 different shipping providers, Fastway couriers, Australia Post Express and TNT. For any orders international or over 100 units, we will provide you with a shipping quote at the time of ordering. We always use an express service which will be delivered to you within 2 business days.

 

Note:Please be aware that once you have agreed for ACPHARM to post out your order full responsibility is handed onto yourself and the Postage provider. Any issues with delayed deliveries, lost parcels etc are to be handled directly with  postage provider. ACPHARM QLD can not be held responsible for incorrect, late or broken parcels. If you parcel hasn’t arrived on time, you can contact ACPHARM QLD to obtain tracking information on (07)55265422 or

Note: If you wish to organise an alternative courier of your choice you’re welcome to personally organise that and advise us of collection times etc.

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the Australia may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. If you do get charged, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. Please note that we do not help complete any other paperwork or documents on your behalf that you may require to export your products into certain countries.
